One minor update while we finish compiling our thoughts from last night: the next conditional use hearing has been scheduled for:

Monday, Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m. ET

and will again be held at

Willow Creek Elementary School

On the agenda:

• The remainder of cross-examinations by interested parties to the application of Chris Williams of McMahon Associates, the developer’s expert witness on the traffic report submitted as part of their conditional use application.
• The remainder of cross-examinations by the township supervisors for Mr. Williams regarding the traffic report.

We encourage all residents and neighbors in the community to attend and hear for yourselves. In our opinion, the developer’s traffic reports fail to account for a number of key elements of traffic, congestion and truck driver behavior in our area. It’s all in the record from Wednesday night’s meeting — we will have that material available, transparent and unedited, for the community as soon as possible.

Regarding past meetings, the township possesses Zoom video recordings of both prior conditional use hearings, as well as official transcripts of both. We are working with the township to get access to that material and will release that to the community in the coming days.
