Dear friends and neighbors of Maidencreek Township,

The next conditional use hearing is TONIGHT, Monday Feb. 27, at Willow Creek Elementary School. The hearing begins at 6.30pm ET and should last around three hours.

WHAT WE NEED: Please attend. Bring your support. Show our township leaders and supervisors that we care passionately about the future of our community, something that cannot be said of the out-of-town developers, engineers, expert witnesses and litigators who are leading the efforts for this million-square-foot warehouse.

Also, JOIN OUR FB GROUP and add your voice and expertise to our cause. It’s not too late to stop this process.

Let’s be clear: THIS PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE OUR COMMUNITY FOREVER. We will have to live with it. The developers will not. They’ll move on to their next project in search of more profits. Meanwhile we are STUCK living with the aftermath: traffic issues, nightmarish accidents, congestion and increased tractor-trailer presence on all our side roads, community roads and parking lots. Wherever there is space, you can bet trucks will be filling it.

Judge the evident issues and contradictions of the developer’s plans, proposal and data behind their conditional use application.
• We have a robust archive of information about this development as well as others in neighboring counties and states. Communities have successfully prevented such warehouses. It can be done.
