Transparency and accountability are vital in any project like the one being proposed for our community; equally, knowledge is power when it comes to understanding both the fine print of the developer plans and the impact on our neighborhood.

The proposal

And, as reported in local media, the developers have filed a lawsuit against Maidencreek Township arguing that they have a “nuisance noise ordinance” that would be “virtually impossible” for the warehouse to meet.
